Welcome to SoulMate AI The following Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our mobile application The App By downloading installing or using the App you agree to these Terms If you do not agree you must not use the App

1 Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App If you are between 13 and 18 you confirm that a parent or legal guardian approves your use

You may create an account We rely on the information you provide You agree to keep your credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity under your account We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law

2 User Content

The App allows users to create content including but not limited to text entries images and outputs that are generated or assisted by AI Even if content is generated by the App it can be considered user content because it is created through your prompts and actions

You keep ownership of your user content You grant us a non exclusive worldwide royalty free license to host store process display perform reproduce adapt and create derivative works of your user content only to operate improve and provide the App This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems subject to reasonable backup and caching

You are responsible for your content You agree not to post or generate content that is unlawful harmful abusive harassing defamatory obscene infringing or that violates privacy or intellectual property rights You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer harm disrupt or overload the App

We may remove or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or the law

3 Intellectual Property

The App its design logo brand name code features and other materials are the property of SoulMate AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except for the limited right to use the App as permitted here

4 In App Purchases Subscriptions and Credits

The App may offer one time purchases subscriptions and virtual credits All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID We do not collect or store your payment card data

4.1 Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings
If a free trial is offered it will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends
Price changes may occur We will notify you in the App or via Apple where required If you continue using the subscription after a change takes effect you accept the new price

4.2 Virtual Credits

Credits are a license to access features in the App
Credits have no cash value and are non transferable
Credits are non refundable except where required by law

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple To request a refund use reportaproblem apple com or your Apple receipt

5 Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains what data we collect and how we use it

6 Third Party Services

The App may include links or interfaces to third party services We are not responsible for those services Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them

7 Availability and Changes

We may modify suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time We may also update these Terms When we do we will revise the date at the top Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms

8 Disclaimers

The App is provided as is and as available Without limiting legal rights we do not make promises about uninterrupted or error free operation or that the App will meet your needs Use the App at your own risk AI generated outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected Do not rely on outputs for medical legal or financial decisions

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits revenue data or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim if any

10 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App Upon termination the sections that by nature should survive will survive including Intellectual Property Disclaimers Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise If you reside in Kazakhstan then the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply
